  I don't think I've ever received such great service anywhere else I've ever purchased anything in my entire life. And I really do mean that. These people are fantastic and I could not recommend them enough.
  
  1.) I asked for a 15 minute breakdown of where my newly purchased car was at and what needed to be done. This was important to me because I've never owned an Audi and had almost zero knowledge concerning these cars. Shad spent an hour talking to me about his impressions of what was going on under the hood. Allison walked me through everything I had questions about and answered them thoroughly. Das Autohaus is employed by an EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff.
  
  2.) They were very transparent with me on pricing, and never at any point did I feel like there was any funny business going on in the background. I can't express my appreciation on this enough, because I personally know how it feels to be ripped off by a mechanic.
  
  3.) I was in somewhat of a hurry to get my car looked at, and they worked with me to find a date that was sooner than what I had originally expected. This was great because I really wanted to get out of town this upcoming weekend and because of THEIR efforts I can now do that.
  
  4.) From the moment I called them to when I drove off the lot with my car, they were some of the friendliest people I've ever met. I really felt like they wanted to see me enjoy the car, and that they cared that I also know about what's going on mechanically with the car.
  
  Thank you so much for the work you did on my car, I can't imagine myself going anywhere else to have my car looked at in the future.
