  Got my vehicle towed and they stole everything out my car. Speaker, interior lighta, tools, shoes, sunshade, and even my prescription glasses. Do not trust these people. I got it towed at night it stayed in their lot till the next morning when my insurance company came and picked it up to be assessed for damage and pictures were taken when it got picked up and it was all missing. These people do not care I've tried to contacted them and they have no answers for my missing property. Dont trust these scumbags.

  My mother was driving home from the hospital last night after my father had to be admitted. On the way, something fell off of the back of a Freedom Towing Truck that was driving in front of her. She hit it, but it didn't seem to cause any major damage so she kept driving because it was late and she was by herself. She got up this morning to go back to the hospital, and the tire that hit the object was flat. She called the company, and they basically said that she was lying because she waited overnight to call. I told her to file an accident report, as I am sure that the trucks have some type of GPS on them, but she is too kind to do that, even after being told that she was pretty much making up the story of running something over. You'd think a professional towing company would double check to make sure things were properly secured before driving on a public road. What if something fell off, bounced up and went through someone's windshield? That lack of safety could have cost someone their life. But, I guess if the person died, they wouldn't be able to call right away and that would make them a liar too? If you see their trucks, be very careful and do not ride behind them.
