  They only let you schedule appointments through their office and not the call center but never answer the phone. Pathetic.

  They did my taxes great. But I seem to have a problem with not them not doing a simple task. I asked to get the status of my refund. She asked when I filed it and I said on the 7th. She said just give it more time. I thought to my self that is not what I asked. I do not know why people here consist of not answering a simple question. Type in my SSN. And check to see what it says. I did not ask should I give the IRS more time. I asked what is my refund status. I will not be going back to here. This is the 2nd time I have called to check and still they will not answer my question. Just do what I asked!
