  DO NOT USE, for the love your car and your money, do not go there. i have had horrible experience with service and staff. i had a nail in side wall of tire rendering tire useless. i have Toyota 4Runner and full size spare tire . Only thing they had to do is to use full spare and swap it with bad tire, which they did . i took car to home and second day to work found out that they did not balance the wheel, my car was shacking at 60MPH, so i had to go back there and have them fix it. well now the trouble begins, they dont use the torque wrench to tight the nut, it was too tight, in process of taking wheel nut out, they broke the lug nut . i had to wait 2 more hours so that they can install lug nut, in order to install lug nut they took out the disk break assembly and wheel hub and parking break assembly, they could not put back parking break assembly. with 4 different people trying to man handle parking break and still could not figure it out. after a while they gave up and in their assessment told me that TOYOTA has installed it incorrectly, and its ok to drive a car like that, they put back the wheel and told me its all good, i started driving and to my horror, i could hear grinding and horrible clicking sound, at this point i know that these people dont know what they are doing, but i still had to go back there to at least make my car derivable. i stood up there for a while before i could get some one to help me out, i told them to stop worrying about fixing it, just make it at least derivable so it does not grind or click. i had them install the stopping pins in parking break to keep tension on them so it does not click or grind. i took my car to TOYOTA, they looked at it and informed me that they will have to replace the whole parking break assembly as its messed up big time, cost me lots of money and grief, just for a simple thing like tire swap and wheel balance. The ignorance is unparalleled to anything and knowledge is as close to zero as possible and time consumption is equal to infinite.

  Jake and staff were amazing. You can not compare this store to the one in Red Bank which I will never go back to- they were clueless and didn't even catch a tire with a nail and holes??? Seriously Red Bank NTB is a liability and should be shut down for the way they operate. Jake Valentin, store manager was on it in Lexington by Kohls and everything was done fast and without ruining me $$. I will always go back to him.
