  Most frustrating business I have ever dealt with. Took my vacuum in the week before Memorial Day weekend. Today is June 9th. Have been told Kevin will call me at least 5 times and I have yet to hear from him! Finally talked with a lady that had a functioning brain and found out what is wrong with it. She promised me Kevin would call me when he got in, he did not! Going to get my vacuum today and will drive 45 minutes away to another place that is highly recommended. They have lost my business and I am vacuum addict so they have lost a return customer that has spent a great deal of money with them.
