  This staff and the Dr's are the very best and with the number of dogs I've had in my life and the different vets I've used, this practice is THE very best. Unfortunately my dog has lymphoma, but the Doctor has been great at giving me instructions and information on how to move forward with kindness and genuine empathy. I will never go elsewhere in the future. Thank you to everyone at Crossroads Animal.

  I can believe the bad review Re. reception staff. I love Dr. Amy, she's the best. I would not even consider taking a pet elsewhere, however, when one drops in to pick up a Rx, or to just ask a question and there are at least two people in the reception office and one is facing the door, the least they can do is to acknowledge your presence, if only to say "I'll be with you shortly" instead of acting like you don't even exist for 10-15 minutes.
