  From other reviews I've read, it looks like I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience with "Dr" Oliver. He has all the compassion and bedside manner of a rock. My two visits at his office were the most uncomfortable and unproductive I've ever had. He is rude, condescending, doesn't listen to his patients, and clearly doesn't do this because he has a love for his patients or patient care. To add insult to injury, he had the nerve to bill TRICARE for my last visit when no services were provided and didn't even follow through on a referral that he was to do at the VERY least. Worst medical experience of my life. I got better treatment at Reception in Basic Training than I did from this "military" man.
